Meeting Rooms:
Our Board Room is located on the second level and is ideal for an interview setting, small meetings or an intimate get together. This room features a private restroom, mini-fridge and a small sitting area with a 25-inch color television.
The Cimarron Room is the most elegant of our meeting rooms--perfect for a reception, but not too fussy for business meetings.
The Vista Room and the Mesa Room feature built-in white boards and are ideal for small meetings, receptions and luncheons.
The Sierra I Room and Sierra II Room are comfortably used individually for meetings, luncheons, receptions and banquets. Combined, these rooms create our largest accommodation, providing ample space for all of your needs.
Elephant Run Restaurant also has private meeting space that can accommodate 35 guests for luncheons and breaks.
